• Used primarily as non-ionic surfactants in various formulations both, industrial & domestic.

• These are also used as cleaning agents, antistatic agents, dispersants or emulsifiers

• Used in textile formulations, corrosion inhibitors in metal & emulsifiers

• Adjuvant in agrochemical formulations.

OLTYL AMINE ETHOXYLATES

  • OLEYL AMINE Ethoxylates are used in manufacture of textile auxillaries, as textile additives and spin finishes, agro emulsifiers and refractory chemicals.
  • These products have high affinity for surfaces.
  • That is why they are used to coat various products like cloths, yarn etc.
  • Due to the fact that these are two hydroxy functional groups per molecule, they are good emulsifiers.
  • They are used in many cleaning and detergent formulations due to their antistatic behaviours, antideposition properties and dispersing abilities.

COCO AMINE ETHOXYLATE

  • The hydrophobes in amine based Ethoxylates are cocoamine or Tallow amine.
  • They find applications in manufacture of textile auxillaries, as textile additives and spin finishes, agro emulsifiers and refractory chemicals.

POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL ETHOXYLATE

• It is utilized in the form of dispersing agents, solvents, ointments, in suppository bases, and as laxatives in medical, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industries.

• The low molecular weight polyethylene glycols are preferred products for formation of ink solvents and lubricants for printing.

• Especially the solid grade polyethylene glycols are preferred as plasticizers. They can prevent rupture or damage of the coating film and therefore used in the tablet forming process.

• They help in preventing warping or shrinking of the wood and therefore used to preserve objects like wood that are affected by the underwater.

CETO STYRYL ALCOHOL ETHOXYLATE

Cetostearyl Alcohol Ethoxylates (CSA) are alkyl polyethylene glycol ethers derived from Cetostearyl Fatty Alcohols (C16-C18), which are mixed of molecules varying in the number of repeating ethoxy groups. The digit which is appeared after the name of CSA shows the average number of ethylene oxide units in the Cetostearyl Alcohol molecule. For example, CSA 20 means a Cetostearyl alcohol molecule which is reacted with average twenty molecules of ethylene oxide.

LAURYL ALCOHOL ETHOXYLATE 7

  • CASE: Use Lauryl Alcohol Ethoxylate as a wetting agent to reduce the surface tension in liquids, and as an emulsifier in paints and coatings to promote dispersion.
  • Personal Care: Lauryl Alcohol Ethoxylate works extremely well as a foaming agent in personal care products such as shampoos and bath gels.
  • Soaps and Detergents: Lauryl Alcohol serves as a reliable wetting agent in a wide range of industrial and household cleaning products including detergents, laundry pre-spotters and hard surface cleaners.
  • Surfactants and Esters: You can use Lauryl Alcohol as a surfactant intermediate — it can also be sulfonated to make SLES (Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate), an anionic surfactant and detergent used in the manufacturing of many personal care products.
  • Textiles:Use Lauryl Alcohol Ethoxylate as a wetting agent in textile and leather processing applications to reduce surface tension.
